One person is in a critical condition and another has been arrested after an early-morning fight between two family members in .
Police said the two were fighting at a residential address on Moncrieff Ave in Clendon at 2.40am.
鈥淯pon arrival the man was extremely agitated, assaulting responding officers. The officers were uninjured.鈥
One person was taken to hospital and remains in a critical but stable condition.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
He is due to appear in the Manukau District Court on Monday on charges of assaulting police, resisting police, and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
