The future looks uncertain for women's clothing chain Identity.
Receivers have been appointed today to the company which has 16 stores nationwide.
Receiver William Black says they'll work with stakeholders, management and staff to stabilise operations over the coming days.
He says they'll then carry out a thorough assessment of the company's financial position and prepare the business for sale.
Stores will continue to trade in the meantime.
