The discovery of a body in a burned out car in Marlborough is still being treated as an unexplained death by police.
It was found in the remains of a Corolla station wagon was was seen burning on State Highway One about 10 kilometres from Blenheim yesterday.
Inquiries are continuing to identify the body, and police won't say if they're treating it as suspicious.
