A Christchurch man killed when his motorbike collided with a truck at the weekend will be 鈥渕issed by many鈥.
Liam Ryan-Morris died in the crash on Buchanans Rd at 1.40pm on Saturday.
Friends have been sharing tributes to Ryan-Morris.
鈥淪ad news to hear this morning brother. Always had a place in my heart,鈥 said one friend on social media.
鈥淎 handsome young man gone too soon,鈥 another added.
鈥淢y heart hurts so f**king much right now, I actually can鈥檛 deal,鈥 a woman posted.
鈥淚t鈥檚 not fair. I鈥檓 glad I (saw) you the other day.鈥
Another friend said her heart was 鈥渃ompletely shattered鈥 when she learned of Ryan-Morris' death.
And others said he would be 鈥渕issed by many鈥.
According to Ryan-Morris' own social media, he was raised in Kurow by his mother on a farm and homeschooled.
He is survived by his children and partner.
Police said on Saturday evening that enquiries 鈥渋nto the circumstances of the crash鈥 were ongoing.
