This is one matter of national importance our Members of Parliament have no say on.
Parliament will play host to the All Blacks' Rugby World Cup team line up announcement this evening, and tensions are high.
Sport and Recreation Minister Jonathan Coleman will be hosting the event, and said it's fitting to have the team's unveiling held in the home of politics.
"This is the national game and of course parliament is a place for all New Zealanders. It's owned by the whole country and the whole country is going to be taking an interest in the matches in the UK."
He's putting his bets on the team's captain making the cut.
"I can tell you I reckon Richie McCaw will be, but look in the end I'm the Minister of Sport, I'm not an All Blacks selector so I'll have to wait just like everybody else and I'm really looking forward to it."
Players will have 19 days to gear up before the Cup kicks off on September 19.
九一星空无限talkZB and Radio Sport will have a two hour world cup special from 6pm, including the LIVE squad announcement.
