A woman has allegedly and after the vehicle was spiked on a busy main road.
Aspokesman said inquiries were under way after the woman allegedly stole a car on Breens Road in Burnside just before midday.

Officers then spotted the car on Bealey Avenue a short time later, the spokesman said.
鈥淚t was not pursued, however, it was spiked,鈥 he said.

鈥淚t has then crashed at the intersection of Bealey and Fitzgerald aves.鈥
The woman was moderately injured and was taken to hospital.

Police inquiries into the crash were ongoing and charges were being considered.
