King Charles has been forced to cancel his appointments after suffering 鈥渟ide effects鈥 from his cancer treatment, Buckingham Palace says.
鈥淔ollowing scheduled and ongoing medical treatment for cancer this morning, the king experienced temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital,鈥 a statement said. 鈥淗is Majesty鈥檚 afternoon engagements were therefore postponed.鈥 He had since returned to his London home at Clarence House.
