Strong performance from KFC and increased contribution from burger outlet Carl脙垄 s Jr has lifted Restaurant Brands half year profit to $11.5 million.
That's just over 18.5 percent more than the previous first half.
The other companies in the stable Pizza Hutt and Star Bucks Coffee have also recorded solid same store sales.
Total brand sales for the group were $185.7 million, up 5.8 percent.
A dividend of seven and a half cents per share has been declared.
