UPDATED 12:54pm: There are reassurances that a New Zealander on drugs charges in Indonesia is receiving the proper medical care.
There have been concern for the Kiwi after he collapsed in court.
Antony de Malmanche could face the death penalty if he's found guilty of trying to smuggle methamphetamine into the country.
After he was treated in hospital, the Indonesian prosecutor ruled de Malmanche is fit to continue his trial.
But his New Zealand-based lawyer Craig Tuck is seeking an independent medical opinion.
He says de Malmanche's collapse wasn't a stunt, and he's very concerned for his client's health.
"He has been worried about a number of physical ailments and he's expressed that to me a number of times."
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade says an embassy representative was in court with de Malmanche and went with him when he was transferred to hospital for treatment.
The spokesperson says they're satisfied with the level of care and attention the 52-year-old was given.
Diplomatic staff will visit de Malmanche in prison today to check on his recovery.
