The invoking of the Agree to Disagree clause doesn鈥檛 indicate a cracking coalition, the Police Minister says.听
Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters has invoked the first Coalition Agree to Disagree over the second phase of the Covid-19 inquiry.听
Mark Mitchell told Mike Hosking that the coalition agreement has that clause so that the things parties don't agree on can be dealt with in an adult way.听
He said that it鈥檚 a strong coalition and thinks that all the ministers are enjoying working inside it.听
Disagreements are normal in any part of life, Mitchell said, but the reality is that every party recognises the perilous state the country is in, and they have to be united and have a strong government that is focused on delivering.听
